The Crooked River Cooperative Weed Management Area (CWMA) invites you to tour three sites undergoing invasive plant removal treatment in an effort to slow their spread and increase ecological function and services in the Cuyahoga River watershed Area of Concern.  A bus will be provided for attendees and space is limited.

Meeting location: Kennedy Park, 2100 Issaquah St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221

Sites include:

  • Kelsey Creek–Cuyahoga Falls
  • Hudson Run(Hudson High School)–Hudson
  • Herrick Fen–Streetsboro

Who should attend?

This tour is tailored to municipal staff involved in landscape and natural areas management decisions. The tour will help demonstrate proper invasive removal practices and how the CWMA could help your community.
