Alyson currently serves as Midwest Agricultural Coordinator with Pollinator Partnership, a non-profit organization promoting the health of pollinators – critical to food and ecosystems – through conservation, education, and research. In her role Alyson supports landowners in adopting pollinator-supporting practices through education and technical assistance.
Originally from Wayne County, Alyson enjoys exploring the abundance of parks and greenspaces in Northeast Ohio with her fiancé and two pups, Daisy and Dakota. Her childhood experiences in nature instilled within her a passion and appreciation that led her to the conservation field. Alyson earned a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Resources with a minor in Conservation Ecology from West Virginia University. Additionally, she holds certifications as an interpretive guide and in forest therapy. She has a passion for connecting others with nature. Her professional career has been enriched by experiences in wildlife research, habitat planning, stormwater management, and community engagement. Alyson is grateful to use her diverse experience to serve and connect her local community with Tinker’s Creek Watershed Partners.
