The Crooked River Cooperative Weed Management Area (CWMA) invites you to tour three sites undergoing invasive plant removal treatment in an effort to slow their spread and increase ecological function in the Cuyahoga River Area of Concern watershed. A bus will be provided for attendees. There is no cost to participate.

Sites include:

Kelsey Creek–Cuyahoga Falls
Hudson Run(Hudson High School)–Hudson
Herrick Fen–Streetsboro

Who should attend?

This tour is tailored to municipal staff involved in landscape and natural areas management decisions. The tour will help demonstrate proper invasive removal practices and how the CWMA could help your community.
